Job Summary:
GRC Hive is a cybersecurity and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions provider, specializing in HIPAA, PCI DSS compliance, ISO 27001 audits, and SOC solutions.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced International Sales & Marketing Specialist to schedule product demonstrations, engage with potential clients, and drive successful sales closures in the U.S. market.
Your primary role will be to conduct online solution and services sales meetings, build strong client relationships, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
This is a results-driven position that requires excellent communication skills and a proven track record of closing sales internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and conduct solution and services demonstrations with potential U.S. clients.
Taking lead on online demo calls/meetings to present GRC Hive’s cybersecurity and compliance solutions effectively.
Engage with decision-makers (CISOs, compliance officers, IT managers) to build strong corporate relationships.
Follow up on scheduled meetings to drive sales closures and manage client accounts.
Respond to emails professionally and promptly, demonstrating advanced corporate writing skills.
Submit daily reports to management, including:
Client status updates, next steps, and meeting schedules.
Summary of closed deals.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical) to refine sales pitches, address client concerns, and improve overall sales strategies.
Stay updated on cybersecurity compliance trends and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
Qualifications & Experience:
Fluent English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
Advanced corporate writing skills for professional email communication and client interaction.
Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B tech sales for cybersecurity, GRC, or compliance-related services (preferred but not mandatory).
Demonstrated success in lead generation, client engagement, and securing sales closures internationally.
Experience with scheduling meetings and managing client interactions throughout the sales cycle.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Experience with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting is a plus.
Must be available to work night shifts (Bangladesh time).
